Our Team at Centre A remains committed to serving our customers and their businesses in the safest and most effective way possible during these difficult times.

There's nothing more important to us than the well-being of our customers and our employees. Our back-end team is working 24x7 to keep our centre and building safe and secure. We have also increased our cleaning and hygiene routines and have been monitoring the health of our team members by observing strict operational protocols.

Centre A is proud to be supporting various essential businesses and services during this crisis, who rely on us to keep things running as seamlessly as possible.

Access to CENTRE A and Services provided

We continue to operate with our back-end Engineering, Housekeeping and Security teams keeping in mind strict safety and hygiene protocols. Centre A continues to be accessible 24/7 for our customers who have their own key. Customers are required to call on our 24X7 support number (+91-7559900060) before they visit the centre so that our team can assist you.

Customers who would like to use their space will have to go through strict security protocol and temperature scanning process in order to enter the centre. In case our team finds that the client is not fit enough to enter they will be requested to leave.

Our Guest Services team is also working from home and is available on +91-7559900030 during business hours. We are also regularly checking emails during business hours to assist with any customer inquiries and help wherever possible.

We will continue to operate in the above-mentioned way till we get a go-ahead from our Government to resume operations normally. Even then, we will be operating, following strict social distancing rules and other safety and hygiene norms as prescribed by our Health Department and WHO.
